Submit as many entries as you wish.

Submission Guidelines

Submit so that manuscript is received no later than [TBA], along with your check for $10, to Columbus Writers Guild, Inc.  Do NOT use registered or certified mail. Manuscript text should be 12-point font, double-spaced on white paper with a one-inch margin on all sides.  Number all pages and attach with a paper clip; no staples, please.  There is a 5,000 (five thousand) word maximum.

Place your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address at the top left of the first page.

Mail your story(ies) via First Class mail in a 9x12 inch envelope to:

Columbus Writers Guild, Inc., P.O. Box 2184, Columbus GA 31901.

Do not fold.

Include a postage-paid, self-addressed envelope so that your manuscript can be returned to you, if you are unable to attend the conference.

Include a SASE or postcard if you wish confirmation of your submission.

Submission Guidelines

Submit so that poem(s) are received no later than [TBA], along with your check for $10, to Columbus Writers Guild, Inc. Do not use registered or certified mail.  Poems should be 12-point font, single-spaced, on white paper.  A ten-page maximum is allowed.  Only one poem/portion of a poem per page.  Please attach pages together with a paper clipno staples, please. Each page with a portion is considered as part of the ten-page maximum.

Place your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address at the top left of each poem.  Mail your poem(s) via First Class mail in a 9x12 inch envelope to

Submit so that one-act play(s) are received no later than [TBA], along with your check for $10,  to Columbus Writers Guild, Inc.
Do not use registered or certified mail. Plays should have a running time of 20 minutes or less.  Please submit using 12-point font, single-spaced on white paper.
Please attach pages together with a paper clip;  no staples, please.  Each page with a portion is considered as part of  the ten-page maximum.
